How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the iOS Settings app → tap your name at the top → Subscriptions → Protein Pilot Pro → Cancel Subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Protein Pilot in the list, and request a refund. Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
The macros in my plan look wrong.
Email us with your daily target and a screenshot. The backend rescales every plan to land within ±10% of your target. If you're seeing larger drift, that's a real bug we want to know about.
